Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing The Madame for your Self Care services. A $30 deposit is required for all services (Zelle - Kyr410@gmail.com or CashApp $MadameKReed)The deposit goes towards the scheduled service. 15 minute grace period is provided to each customer. Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the service; up to 12 hours for rescheduling. Deposit for no call no show appointments will not be refunded.
