Required before booking color services on natural hair. Consultation includes assessment of hair health, discussion of desired color, decision if color is best for clients hair in its current state.

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing The Madame for your Self Care services. A $30 deposit is required for all services (Zelle - Kyr410@gmail.com or CashApp $MadameKReed)The deposit goes towards the scheduled service. 15 minute grace period is provided to each customer. Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the service; up to 12 hours for rescheduling. Deposit for no call no show appointments will not be refunded.
